- The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
- We need to validate or pre-authorise the credit card.
- Full fees to be paid 7 days before check in instructions are issued.
- No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. If you’d like to request a late check-out, please contact us through contact details provided. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in.
